Cancellation Rights

Youth Academy respects your right to cancel your enrollment. This policy outlines when and how you can cancel your subscription, batch enrollment, or course purchase, and what happens to your fees and access.

1. Your Cancellation Rights

You have the right to cancel your enrollment:

  • Within 7 days of enrollment (cooling-off period)
  • Before starting the batch
  • Before attending your first class
  • Due to personal circumstances
  • Without providing reason or justification

2. How to Cancel

  1. Submit Request: Email cancel@youthacademy.com with your enrollment ID
  2. Confirmation: Confirm your identity and enrollment details
  3. Reason (Optional): You may provide feedback on why you're canceling
  4. Acceptance: We will confirm cancellation within 24 hours
  5. Access Removal: Your course access is removed immediately upon cancellation
  6. Refund Initiation: Refund process begins after cancellation approval

3. Timeline by Enrollment Stage

Before Batch Starts

  • Full refund (100%)
  • No deductions
  • Processed within 7-10 business days

Within 7 Days of Enrollment

  • Full refund (100%)
  • Administrative charges apply (max PKR 200)
  • Processed within 7-10 business days

After 7 Days / Classes Attended

  • Partial refund based on classes attended
  • See refund structure below
  • Processed within 7-10 business days

4. Refund Structure

0 Classes Attended

100% refund (100% of tuition fee)

1-2 Classes Attended

75% refund (75% of tuition fee)

3-5 Classes Attended

50% refund (50% of tuition fee)

6+ Classes Attended

No refund (0% of tuition fee)

5. After Your Cancellation

  • Your access to course materials is revoked immediately
  • Certificates are not issued for canceled enrollments
  • You cannot re-enroll in the same batch
  • You may enroll in future batches of the same course
  • Your contact information will not be used for marketing
  • Your profile data remains secure according to privacy policy

6. Subscription Cancellation

Monthly Subscriptions

  • Cancel anytime without penalty
  • Access continues until end of billing period
  • No refund for partial month usage
  • Automatic renewal stops upon cancellation

Annual Subscriptions

  • Cancel within 14 days for full refund
  • After 14 days: pro-rata refund calculated
  • Refund = (days remaining / 365) × annual fee
  • Administrative fee: max PKR 500
