Our Return Promise

1. Return Eligibility

Items Eligible for Return

  • Return within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be in original, unused condition
  • Original packaging and boxes intact
  • All seals and wrapping must be unbroken
  • Original invoice and receipts included
  • Defective or damaged items (regardless of usage)

Items NOT Eligible for Return

  • Items returned after 14 days
  • Used, damaged, or marked items
  • Items without original packaging
  • Digital products (once accessed)
  • Personalized or custom items
  • Items purchased on clearance or final sale

2. How to Return Items

  1. Contact Support: Email returns@youthacademy.com with your order number
  2. Provide Details: Include photos of items and reason for return
  3. Receive RMA: Get Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  4. Pack Items: Use original packaging and include RMA number
  5. Ship to Us: Use provided shipping label (prepaid for eligible returns)
  6. Inspection: We inspect items upon receipt (2-3 business days)
  7. Refund Processing: Approved returns are refunded within 5-7 business days

3. Return Timeline

Days 1-14: Return Window

Submit your return request within 14 days of delivery

Day 15-21: RMA Issuance

Receive RMA number and return shipping label

Day 22-30: Shipping Back

Ship items back to us within 15 days of RMA issuance

Day 31-40: Inspection

We inspect and approve your return (2-3 days)

Day 41-50: Refund Processing

Refund issued to original payment method (5-7 days)

4. Return Shipping Costs

Free Return Shipping

  • Defective or damaged items
  • Wrong item shipped
  • Items not as described
  • We provide prepaid shipping label

Customer Paid Return Shipping

  • Change of mind returns
  • Customer bears return shipping cost
  • Refund amount reduced by shipping cost
  • We provide return address

5. Refund Amount

Refund amounts are calculated as follows:

  • Full Refund: Item cost + original shipping fee
  • Deductions: Return shipping (if customer paid)
  • For Defects: Full refund including all shipping
  • Processing Time: 5-7 business days after approval
