At Youth Academy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your educational experience. If you are not satisfied with your course or batch enrollment, we offer a straightforward refund policy.

1. Refund Eligibility

Eligible for Full Refund

Refund requests within 7 days of enrollment
If you have attended less than 2 classes
Technical issues preventing course access for more than 48 hours
Course cancellation by Youth Academy
Payment errors or duplicate charges

Not Eligible for Refund

Requests made after 7 days of enrollment
After attending 2 or more classes
Due to personal reasons or change of mind
Non-payment of course dues
Account suspension due to violation of terms

2. How to Request a Refund

Contact Us: Email refund@youthacademy.com with your enrollment details
Provide Information: Include your full name, email, phone number, and enrollment ID
State Reason: Clearly explain the reason for requesting a refund
Verification: Our team will verify your eligibility within 3-5 business days
Processing: Once approved, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
Confirmation: You'll receive a confirmation email with refund details

3. Refund Timeline

Step 1: Request Submission

Submit your refund request with all required details

Step 2: Verification (3-5 business days)

Our team reviews your request and confirms eligibility

Step 3: Approval (1-2 business days)

Once approved, you'll receive an approval notification

Step 4: Processing (7-10 business days)

Refund is processed to your original payment method

4. Partial Refunds

In certain cases, partial refunds may be applicable:

After 2 classes: 50% refund of tuition fee
After 3-4 classes: 25% refund of tuition fee
Administrative charges may be deducted
Partial refunds follow the same processing timeline
